Stefania and I are in Chicago this weekend for the BlogHer Conference, and so Carol
organized a meet-up of some of the local Kimchi Mamas, their husbands,
and kids. Unfortunately, Stefania was speaking at the conference and
had to cancel, but the rest of us met at Millenium Park for a picnic.
We had a great time, and the Chicago Kimchi Mamas have some gorgeous,
sweet kids.

It was so great to meet everyone! Everyone was as lovely as you would imagine from their blogs and the kids were even cuter than their pictures (I know, it doesn't seem possible -- but true!). Thanks again Carol, for organizing that. :)

This is so funny, how all the kids except for the ones on the end are totally like, we are DONE with this meet-up. This was so fun. Thanks for posting this, Glennia. Hope we get together again in the future, and would love to meet more Kimchi Mamas in our travels.

:-) So funny, I recognized the mamas from the kids! Sounds like you all had fun meeting up - wish we could have made the 6 hour drive... yes, I, too, am envious. I am also in awe of Halfmama's unnatural arm strength holding up both twins.

That was a fun meet-up, y'all, although Glennia and I almost never made it out of the parking garage because of the slowest elevator in the history of parking garage elevators.
