How good does this look? You know you want it. Yes, you do. Don't fight it. That photo right up there is why I cannot eat mul naeng myun anywhere but Honolulu. (Okay, I cant eat it anywhere, but it's never as good as this.) This is the "black noodle with icy cold soup" from Yu Chun in Honolulu, Hawaii. It's one of the first places I stop when I'm here. Look at those gorgeous noodles and that slushy, icy broth. Yes, that broth is so cold it's practically frozen. It's the perfect refreshment on a hot, Hawaii day. Is your mouth watering? Wish you were all here to enjoy it with me!
