I've been wanting to see this movie anyway, but now I really want to see it!

Rain had a small role in the awful Speed Racer movie. He was ok but hard to judge since it was a one-dimensional character.

I am loving that there are so many asian american actors on mainstream television these days--great shows and they play interesting characters that happen to be asian-american. Sandra Oh on Grey's, John Cho on Flash Foward...I haven't seen Three Rivers but Daniel Henney is on it. And while they don't fall into the "happen to be aa" category, Daniel Dae Kim and Yun Jin Kim on Lost. And my guilty pleasure, American's Next Top Model, Jennifer is totally a contender to be...American's Next Top Model!

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about Speed Racer. =) Thanks Joelsa!

I wanna be a kimchi mama, does it count if you're just dating a korean?

You can't forget Ken Jeong on Community (movie debut on Knocked Up). And look out for my friend Hoon Lee! He's an up-and-comer...you may have seen him as a Scottish Korean on those Starburst commercials!

Marlene K.. Lee

To add to the list of AA actors who plays parts that happened to be asian....the actor on CSI named Archie or the criminal psychologist on Law and Order (I think).

When I was growing up, I had to put up with Hopsing on Bonanza or the prostitute in The World of Suzie Wong. They were the only Asian characters on TV.
