The creator and author of My Milk Toof, Inhae Lee, held her first gallery show in S.F. and I took my boys to meet the author of one of their favorite books. I have been following her blog for a while and bought myself my kids a copy of her first book, My Milk Toof, The Adventures of ickle and Lardee. My older son, Christian (6) has memorized the book cover to cover and giggles at every joke.
Inhae Lee painstakingly prepares every scene, making the props herself and staging them just right for the pictures. Her photographs are amazing and the stories are SO cute. She was so sweet and seemed amuzed at my three year old who ate the ALL the rest of the cookies they had left at the show. By the time we arrived at her show, her second book was already sold out (she had some advance copies) but luckily, we brought our copy of her first book and she generously signed it.
Congratulations on yoru first gallery show Inhae Lee!!! Me and my boys will be faithfully following your blog and buying every book you publish!
